I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were very nice, and the addition of a balcony made it even better. I loved spending time at the great pool, bar, and enjoying delicious food. However, the initial lack of a safe was a bit concerning, although it was promptly resolved the next day upon our request.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. The rooms were a nice upgrade from what I reserved, spacious, bright, and impeccably clean, with everything I needed. The service was top-notch, with incredibly nice and attentive staff who helped me with all my requests, especially Yamily and Kevin. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the lively 5th avenue but still peaceful. The dining was good, but I wished for more variety. Overall, a great value for the money.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location is perfect, close to the beach and not too far from the main areas. The rooms were really clean and comfy, but they could use a bit more decoration to match the rest of the hotel. The service was excellent, with a shoutout to Raul, Israel, Dino, and all the staff who were so nice and helpful. The dining experience was very good, with a wide variety of delicious options. Overall, a solid choice for a stay in a fantastic location with wonderful service.

The hotel offers near new units facing a busy street, which may affect the serenity. Rooms look great in photos but are somewhat sterile, and the drainage in some units needs improvement. On the upside, the location is central and convenient for exploring the city.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were perfect with all the facilities we needed, and our ground floor terrace was a lovely touch. The service was outstanding, with Yamili and Nacho being exceptionally kind and helpful. The location was ideal, close to the action yet peaceful at the same time. The dining experience was delightful, offering a variety of delicious options. I had a fantastic time overall!
